Customer Service Representative

At Multi-Color Corporation, Castlebar (MCC), we are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. Developing long-term relationships with an assigned client group, liaising between customers and internal functions to ensure successful delivery of orders, processing customer orders and providing order confirmations, ensuring pricing at order entry for invoicing, producing and relaying work instructions to production, issuing quotations, providing data to facilitate KPIs, and maintaining and updating work instructions for the assigned customer group. Previous customer service experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment is desirable.
