Those with 2+ years of customer service experience - This role involves coordinating with external service providers and ensuring a high standard of service delivery to all stakeholders * Manage day-to-day enquiries from clients and service providers, including service appointments, incident management, inspections, and short-term vehicle arrangements. * Deliver high-quality service through regular communication with clients and service partners. * Collaborate with the Maintenance Manager to ensure seamless service delivery. * Minimise client downtime by providing efficient solutions and coordinating with key service providers. * Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service role. * Experience in the leasing or automotive services sector is preferred.
