Customer Service Supervisor

This role is great mix of operational oversight, team leadership and direct customer engagement, with a strong focus on accuracy, proactive communication, and the continuous development of the customer service function. Our client, a thriving group company, is seeking an Customer Service Supervisor to join their team in Dublin. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of two, managing the end-to-end order scheduling and delivering best-in-class customer service. * Supervise and support a small customer service team * Act as the main point of escalation for customer queries, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Liaise with customers to coordinate and adjust delivery schedules in line with project timelines and site readiness * Handle day-to-day customer communication * Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
