EU Field Marketing Senior Manager

Senior Manager EU Field Marketing WuXi Biologics is seeking an experienced EU Field Marketing leader to drive regional demand generation, account engagement, and pipeline acceleration across Europe. This role is a frontline commercial partner to EU BD and BU leaders responsible for translating global strategy into local execution and ensuring marketing activities directly support qualified pipeline growth and deal conversion. In this role you will own and continuously improve EU lead management in Salesforce (SFDC), ensuring fast follow-up, clean data, and clear attribution from marketing touchpoints to pipeline outcomes.
