Marketing & Commercial Analytics Manager

As the Sales and Marketing Manager, you will lead, coach, and coordinate three revenue-focused teams: field sales, trade counter, and sales support, as well as the marketing function. * You will build a consistent, data-driven marketing engine (across digital, email, promotions, and campaigns) to increase demand and brand awareness. * You will support and develop a team of 4 direct reports (Retail Manager, Wholesale Manager, Marketing Exec, Sales Support) and oversee a total team of 12. Proven experience in leading sales and marketing within a multi-channel environment (industrial/distribution sector experience is a plus). Ambitious and data-driven, with proven ability to introduce new marketing competencies and lead adoption of new processes. Experience in build a data-driven marketing engine (across digital, email, promotions, and campaigns) to increase demand and brand awareness.
