Marketing Manager

Louis Fitzgerald Hotel Complex is seeking a creative, commercially focused Marketing Manager to lead marketing activity across the 4-star Louis Fitzgerald Hotel, Joels Restaurant, and the wider complex. The successful candidate will develop and deliver impactful marketing plans that support all areas of the business including accommodation, food and beverage, weddings, meetings and events, and seasonal promotions. Develop and deliver the marketing plan for the hotel complex. Manage digital marketing including social media, email marketing, website content, and paid campaigns. Monitor campaign performance, marketing spend, and ROI. 3+ years marketing experience, ideally in hospitality, hotel, or restaurant marketing Proven ability to use marketing creatively to drive revenue, covers, and bookings - Good understanding of digital marketing, social media, email, content, and brand management
