Mechanical Technician

As a CBRE Mechanical Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining small to medium-sized buildings, industrial systems, and equipment. This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems. * Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems. * Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs. * Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems. * Review assigned work orders and partner with available systems to track completion. * Support energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently. * Inspect existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
