Sales Specialist (f/m/d) - Advanced Silicones Technology - One-Year-Contract

Avantor is looking for a Sales Specialist (f/m/d) to be accountable for the sales, business development, and management of customer accounts in the biomaterials & advanced technology industries within our NuSil Silicone Solutions Portfolio. The successful Strategic Account Manager will be part of a wider European Team of 4 Account Managers & Sales Specialists. You will manage a full sales cycle-from prospecting through close-by identifying customer needs, positioning NuSil's value proposition, and delivering solution-based offerings that drive revenue growth. * Typically 5+ years of B2B sales experience in a consultative, solution-based selling environment * Demonstrated success prospecting, closing, and growing revenue in technical or complex sales environments * Distribution sales and distributor leadership experience are a plus
