Technical Support Engineer

We are the authorised agents for Viessmann in Ireland, responsible for the supply, technical support, servicing, and warranty of Viessmann products across the market. This is a technical, problem-solving role focused on supporting the sales team, customers, installers, and consultants with system selection, design assistance, and technical guidance. * Advising customers, installers, contractors, and consultants on best-fit technical solutions * Handling inbound technical calls and enquiries in a professional, calm, and customer-focused manner * Liaising with internal departments including service, commissioning, distribution, and management * Cert / Diploma in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar is beneficial * Previous experience in the heating or building services industry is advantageous, but not essential
